Haffner, Haffner & Spears, LLP has been proudly serving the Tomball/NW Houston area for 32 years.  We are seeking to add an Experienced Tax Preparer/Manager with over 7 years of hands-on experience in preparing individual, trust, partnership, and corporate tax returns. In addition, this role entails managing bookkeeping responsibilities primarily using QuickBooks and QBO software. The ideal candidate must hold a CPA certification, possess exceptional attention to detail, excel in client communication, and have the ability to work autonomously. As the Tax Preparer/Manager, you will be responsible for preparing, overseeing tax engagements, managing bookkeeping functions, and leading, mentoring, and evaluating a team of tax preparers. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing high-quality client service.
