Operations Assistant
Responsibilities:  • Support the Operations Coordinator with daily tasks and project coordination.  • Assist in tracking and maintaining company processes, procedures, and documentation.  • Coordinate internal communications and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and generating operational reports.  • Monitor workflows and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.  • Support compliance efforts by maintaining proper documentation and records.  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.  Desired Traits and Qualifications:  • An associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience.  • Previous experience in operations or administrative role is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office S
